At team Bizzkit, you will additionally become a part of a very international team where we communicate in English on a daily basis. The team consists of colleagues from Brazil, Sweden, The Netherlands, Bosnia, Bulgaria and Denmark. The development team comprises 16 dedicated employees, but as Bizzkit covers software development, product management, sales and marketing, there are many other skilled colleagues with whom you will be working closely.
Your primary tasks:
- Develop new features for Bizzkit that are easy to maintain and continue development on
- Continuously ensure that frontend frameworks are up to date
- Collaborate with UX Designers to ensure we deliver the best UX
- Collaborate with the backend developers on the team to ensure the right API interfaces
- Write automated tests that ensure we can continue to deliver high quality code and features
- Refine, scope and assign story points to user stories
Who are you?
Preferably, you have a few years of experience in frontend development and have a higher education within IT. If you additionally have experience in product development you are ahead in the game.
You are a skilled and ambitious developer who want to build generic products that our solutions partners and customers love to work with. You pay great attention on test and quality and want to help analyze complex demand and implement simple, elegant solutions in close cooperation with the team’s architects. Last but not least, you always think in terms of scoping and creating small deliveries that can create a positive business impact.
You have experience in
- HTML and CSS-in-JS libraries (such as styled-components, material-UI, etc.)
- JavaScript frameworks like Redux, React (using hooks/functional components)
- Rest APIs
- TypeScript
- Bundlers (such as Parcel, Webpack, etc.)
- Functional programming principles
- Consuming REST APIs
- Unit and E2E tests tools (Jest, Mocha, Testing Library, Test Cafe, Cypress, etc.)
- Git
It is an advantage if you have experience with
- Other frontend frameworks (Angular, Aurelia, Elm, Vue, etc.)
- .NET Core
- SQL Server
- Automation scripts
- Consuming GRAPHQL APIs
- NodeJS
