The Role
Support Inventory and liaise with LSP
Reporting and issue resolution
Track and resolve disputes
Liaise with internal customers - finance, sales, marketing etc.
PO`s request
Run metrics
Escalate issues
Coaching and supporting fellow team members
Requirements
2 years + customer service/order management experience
Native Speaking Level/Fluent French
Previous experience working within a SSC environment
High level of attention to detail
Previous ERP experience - SAP
