Foreman/Forewoman – Sealing of buildings

Tasks:

• Planning, monitoring and organization of work processes on construction sites as well as cooperation in construction work, mainly in the field of flat roof construction (laying bitumen and plastic trays, installing insulation materials, applying surface protection, etc.).
  
   

Requirements:

• Successfully completed training as a building contractor, carpenter, roofing contractor or similar.

• Ready for assembly as construction sites not only near Kulmbach, but also in the region of Southern Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and Hesse.

• Driving license class B.

   

Frame conditions and benefits for employees:

• German language skills minimum B1

• Collective wage agreement: Construction tariff

• Possibility of a permanent contract with social security contributions.

• Working hours: full-time (40 hours/week)

• Help with finding an accommodation

• First interview per skype possible

Location: Near Kulmbach, Bavaria, Germany.
