Duties & Responsibilities:
- Daily dishwashing of all kitchen equipment, china, glassware and cutlery
- Correct and careful handling of all kitchen equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in the kitchen
- Maintaining company's standards in hygiene as per the HACCP
- Correct handling , ordering and storage of all detergents and cleaning equipment used in the kitchen
- Daily garbage separation and disposal, as instructed
