About the department
As part of the Global Serialisation Programme (GSP), you will be part of Product Supply organisation, which is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain of all products from Novo Nordisk and comprising more than 12.800 employees. The GSP programme is nested within Product Supply IT – this organisation is responsible for initiating, planning and executing large strategic IT and automation transformation programmes in the production areas with global scope across different business units.
The Global Serialisation Programme will ensure our license to operate by securing our products fulfil the serialisation requirement from different countries. Working in this programme will provide you with a unique insight into all of Novo Nordisk business processes across Operations (from sales affiliate to production).
The team you will be placed in is responsible for the integration in the Global Serialisation Programme including solution design, data, processes and documents. The team owns and manages the global solution and templates which the projects are based upon.
The job
We are currently looking for a Master Data Architect in the Global Serialisation Programme.
As a Master Data Architect your main role will be to: Improve and sustain the relation between data and business processes impacted by serialisatio, You will be the key driver to facilitate that serialisation data is generated within the correct system, in the correct quality, at the right time and supported by the appropriate processes. As such we expect that you combine a technical background with a solid insight in manufacturing and or supply chain business processes, The job requires a natural flair for stakeholder management and you are able to translate technical topics to business laymen while at the same time being able to explain business process topics to an IT, technical audience. In doing, so you will work across many different levels in the organisation, You will get a deep understanding of site specific IT systems and business processes to ensure the deployment of a standardized Global Serialisation Solution data management template, You will drive the resolution of cross functional issues by a defined and structured approach and in collaboration with line of business and IT tracks prioritization, To efficiently work as a Master Data architect you will be trained and gain hands-on experience with the serialisation solution across different systems and processes.
Qualifications
As the ideal candidate for this position you hold a relevant Master Degree (Engineering, IT and/or business) with excellent results. You have already gained experience as part of a implementing large scale IT projects or working with data management in Line of Business preferably within Supply chain and/or manufacturing. Further, you have a flair for IT, processes and people and are able to manage all three to create the best solutions. An important skill in this position is to be a fast learner and motivated by communicating, defining and implementing technical knowledge in a way which makes it simple to the receiver – being management, project members or Line of Business.
Preferably you have experience with SAP ECC as a user within the supply chain areas and have worked with integration of SAP ECC to MES systems. Previously gained knowledge about Serialisation or packaging process experience will be beneficial. Our business language is English and therefore you must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
