The visitor center is located in the heart of Flåm, down by the Flåm harbor and at the end of the famous Flåmsbana. Through providing sales, operational support, and customer service, we are the information and sales central for all Norway’s best activities and products. We provide customer service over the counter as well as via phone and e-mail. Working with us you will be in the heart and pulse of Norway’s best operations, an exciting and challenging environment!
We take great pride in providing seamless and excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced working environment. Therefore, we think you are a person who genuinely is interested in people, have great people’s skills and are adaptable in an ever-changing workday. You are probably a globetrotter, interested in travelling, unique experiences and spectacular nature. You are probably a tad competitive, and a natural salesperson and you have great communication skills.
The Visitor Center is looking for customer service talents to be a part of our team for the summer season 2022.

Requirements for the position
- Proficiency in Norwegian (or other Scandinavian language) and English, spoken and written.
