ECCO is looking for a creative and energetic copywriter for a newly established position in ECCO Agency in Global Brand Management. ECCO Agency is an in-house creative agency servicing the ECCO Group worldwide. Our ambition is to deliver insight-driven consumer marketing and retail activation campaigns on all communication platforms to current and new ECCO consumers worldwide. In your role as Copywriter, you will join the Global Brand Management Department in Bredebro and be part of our Total Communication team being responsible for delivering strong and relevant content strategy across all communication channels. Job Profile: You will as the Copywriter be working with our internal team members and agencies write and edit compelling content for all of our communication channels - retail, digital, PR – etc. as well as being an important part in translating our concepts and content strategies into actionable and engaging consumer communication. Copywriter with a strong passion and experience with marketing communication Together with an experienced team, you will be a key player in the process of concept development of new product launches. This entails brainstorming sessions and working conceptually with solutions and hereafter work with the detailed execution of the projects together with the rest of the team. •Work on the development of creative Push and Pull concepts as well as creative 360° concepts. •Interact with art director and project team to develop creative concepts and executions of assigned product(s). •Work closely with project manager to schedule and monitor all projects. •Participate in creative sessions for project kick-offs. •Write content, including, but not limited to, product facts, sell-in materials, headlines, digital and e-commerce communications, product promotions, seasonal campaigns. •Proofread and edit existing content to ensure message consistency, correct grammar, accuracy of all copy. •Regularly review copy in order to ensure the strongest and most compelling tone of voice. •Work with our product teams, consumer and market insight and digital brand communication department Shopper Marketing, to develop communication themes for products and campaigns. Qualifications and Work Experience: •Bachelor’s Degree in English, Advertising, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Communication or related field. •English Native Speaker. •A content strategist with a minimum four years of copy writing experience for consumer products, including digital optimization. •Experience in developing and executing content, including editing, quality assurance and proofreading. •Proven ability to write compelling copy for both brand and products. •Awareness traditional and digital copy and the ability to incorporate the tone, style, and overall voice of a consumer brand. •Proficient with MS Office. •Ability to take direction, multi-task, work independently and meet deadlines. •Excellent interpersonal skills—ability to work cooperatively with team members. •Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and meet tight deadlines. •Desire to continue to learn and grow professionally. •Familiarity with lifestyle products a plus •As a person team-oriented and you understand that giving and receiving support and feedback is crucial in the creative process.
