Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments
Keep work areas clean, tidy and well organised
Report all equipment in need of maintenance and/or with any defect
Report missing items/products to management
Receiving and storing merchandise
Perform other tasks as required or as directed by the manager
Assist colleagues in the kitchen and lounge, if necessary, in order to provide the service with maximum efficiency ensuring customer satisfaction
Ensure that work stations have adequate stock, of food; potatoes, eggs, flour, sugar etc. and other materials and equipment, according to established standards and procedures
Return and store unused items in appropriate areas to minimise waste.
