At Ti Trin Ned we look for an ambitious, skilled chef with experience at Michelin level who can step into the role of chef de partie with drive, good energy, and a dedicated wish to develop as part of a competent, young team of committed chefs and waiters.
About Ti Trin Ned & the job
Ti Trin Ned is situated at the harbor front in Fredericia’s new district with a view to Lillebaelt. The production kitchen is new and well-functioning – and is supplemented by an open service kitchen as part of the restaurant. We have been a one-star Michelin-restaurant since 2017 – and are driven by the ambition of continuous development and refinement.
The cuisine is a fusion between the significant personal style, sustainable green thoughts – and the constant strive for simplicity, nuances & characteristics.
We work dedicatedly with the vegetables, herbs, and fruit from our large garden at Himmerigskov approximated 5 km from the restaurant – and we grow personally and as a team through mutual sparring and sharing of professional input in the process of building the everchanging menus of the season.
The work week is 4 days (Wednesday-Saturday)
About our new Chef de Partie
If you are our new colleague, you have a strong, professional foundation, solid experience, a natural understanding of precision and details – and not least an ambition to develop and work flexible at a high level.
You are currently in Europe – but might have experience from high-rated restaurants worldwide.
