The Ashling Hotel is a 226 bedroom , 4 star hotel located in Dublin city centre.

We are recruiting for chef de partie to join our kicthen brigade.

The successful canduate will have previous experience in a 4 star propertuy or similiar and have a passion for cooking,

Knowledge of HACCP a distinct advantage .
