About the department

In the Talent Attraction department, our vision is to help our managers become successful when recruiting new employees. This we do by identifying new ways to attract people with talent. Therefore we participate in job fairs, develop and drive attraction campaigns, work with Strategic Workforce Planning and contribute with HR Analytics. Our primary focus is to act as Centre of Excellence within HR in the business area within Novo Nordisk called Product Supply– we do this by never compromising on quality, and through being sincerely passionate about both people and our business.

You will spend your day in an agreeable atmosphere with seven dedicated colleagues at our well designed offices in Bagsværd. The position

Appropriate collection and intelligent analysis of HR data hold strong potentials in the forecasting that is necessary to secure the success of future HR initiatives. Each quarter we prepare a presentation for HR management on different HR topics. This is based on both qualitative and quantitative internal data and is supported by contemporary external studies. Thereby we supply decision makers with relevant information that might shape future HR strategies. You will play a part of this by collecting data and by the compilation of clear and convincing presentations. In other words, you will be working with HR Analytics on a level where you are expected to make your mark, and you will have the opportunity and support to do so.

You will be working closely with some of our HR Analytics experts, and you will be thoroughly introduced to the Novo Nordisk way of doing things. From day one, you will be part of our cross-organisational network of HR experts and specialists. You will have plenty of occasions to learn from the best – this internship will take you quite far if you are looking to specialise your skills and competencies within the fast-growing field of HR Analytics.

The internship position is a full-time position for approx. 6 months.

Start date: start August 2016.

Qualifications

To qualify for the internship, you need to be in your first or second year of your master studies. You may be studying within a variety of fields – from the Health and Medical Sciences over Business Administration or HR Management right through to Mathematics or Statistical Science – the roads to this internship are diverse. Most importantly is that you handle data well and you share our profound interest for HR and the development of the HR Analytics field. We expect you to be quite proficient in Excel and Power Point.

You should enjoy working in an environment where priorities may change rapidly, and bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work. Of course we expect you to be dedicated and to have the ability to follow through on your initiatives.
