About the organisation
MTK (Central Union of Agricultural Producers and Forest Owners) and recruitment company Töitä Suomesta Oy, owned by three major rural organisations MTK, ProAgria and non-profit organisation of Finnish villages (Suomen Kylät ry), lead and coordinate together seasonal workforce (both from abroad and from Finland) issues and actions via season work project 2021 - 2022. We, for example, provide common information on season work and seasonal job possibilities through our web page (www.toitasuomesta.fi) and we help farmers with their needs. We cooperate with Public Employment and Business Services in all regions.
We operate via our MY-kausi -project, funded by European Rural Development Program, helping seasonal employers to find workers and also in our company, that offers other recruitment services.
