About the organisation
Multicultural and continuously expanding company specialized in providing business processes and services, primarily for the European region. Established in 2004 as a shared services centre for global telecommunications company and since then transformed into a fully fledged "Business Process" partner.
The services provided cover the entire process from sales support, engineering design solutions, network planning and consulting, verifying and completing orders, project management, setting up and programming end-user equipment, to customer service and administration as well as technical support.
Over 900 employees work in three delivery centres, two in Ostrava and one in Prague and speak more than 13 languages (English, Dutch, French, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, etc.).
