Lapland Welcome offers a wide variety of holiday packages, programs and accommodation all over Finland and Lapland. From the Northern Lights to Ice Breaker cruises, we arrange unique and unforgettable experiences both for individuals and groups all year round. Lapland Welcome is a registered package tour operator and an incoming travel agency, a destination management company (DMC) and a program service provider.

You will need driving experience on the snow as our guides are also kind of taxi drivers. Outgoing personality and loyal character helps you a lot in this work.
Nature guides need survival skills in the nature. Cultural guides need social skills and languages. Snowmobile guides need to know basics of engines and vehicles + survival skills.
Vehicle engineer know the technology, can repair monor problems and has got E-driving licence.
