About the organisation
Astex is a mechanical workshop focused on machining, welding and manufactured assemblies. We supply products both domestically and abroad.
We have offices in Lappeenranta and a branch office in Pärnu, Estonia. Astex employs about 60 people and is growing rapidly. Our special expertise is complicated machined parts.
The materials we machine include: Stainless steel, Hastelloy, castings, plastics, aluminum alloys and copper metals. The company began operations in 1988. We are constantly investing in new machinery and developing production methods to ensure customeroriented operations. If necessary, we design the pieces in cooperation with the customer, which guarantees the customer's low cost of production.
We have certified quality (ISO 9001) and environmental (ISO 14001) systems.
