About the organisation
BTS2 is a Returns Center and at the same Amazon's first operations in Slovakia. The site is situated in the town of Sereď, 61 km away from the capital city of Slovakia – Bratislava and the main airport of Slovakia – Milan Rastislav Štefánik Airport, Bratislava. BTS2 manages customer returns through reverse logistics and is the first Amazon operations site in the country. It was launched on 25th of September 2017.
