QQI (FETAC) Level 5 (Major Award) in Healthcare or equivalent (e.g. Health Service Skills, Healthcare Support).
Full current Driving Licence.
Muiríosa Foundation is interested in hearing from people who have experience of working with people with a range of support needs to include behaviours of concern and who have knowledge of statutory regulations, standards and Health Act 2007.
Excellent communication skills and IT/Computer skills with report writing is an advantage.
Successful candidates will be required to be flexible to work relevant shifts to include overnights/sleepovers and weekends as appropriate, across a variety of settings within the area. It should be noted that staff in the community home settings must be willing to work alone.
