Act as the global business interface for MOG Global Safety & Operations (GSO) and Corporate Facilities & Projects (CFP) business units to ensure global IS alignment and strategy in line with the business strategy. This role will support the Head of Global Safety & Operations and Head of Corporate Facilities & Projects to develop innovative and strategic approaches to solving business issues through the use of technology and business processes.

This position provides the opportunity to liaise with senior business stakeholders and executives, drive change management globally, and influence the technology roadmap for the global operations and engineering business functions. This role contributes at a corporate level as well as interfaces with business units across all operating entities.
Key Responsibilities
This role requires the ability to
•Effectively engage key business stakeholders including Directors globally and across business units in the areas of safety, operations, engineering, and capital projects,
•Support the business change program mandated by global process owners and deliver functional and technology assurance,
•Set the overall IS direction for functional processes and projects. Own, monitor, and optimize existing processes and drive strategic initiatives to help meet the business objectives,
•Act as the Voice of the Customer and share this vision within the service and delivery organization of IS.
Who we are looking for
Successful candidates for this role will possess the following:
•Ability to define and analyse business requirements, formulate business cases, articulate tangible benefits, and drive value realization aligned with the overall MOG, business, and IS strategies,
•Experience across different parts of the value chain, preferably in engineering, technology, or related disciplines in an international environment,
•Ability to leverage industry best practices and display adaptability to new industry ideas,
•Excels at forming, monitoring and maintaining constructive relationships with stakeholders in the business and IS.
