The Opportunity

• Maintain Quality specifications and audit the compliance level to those specifications within the companies European Retreading plants.
• Increase the level of Customer satisfaction and reduce the waste cost by continuously driving process improvement programs through tracking of KPIs, transferring of best practices, benchmarking activities and collaboration with equipment and material suppliers.
• Provide effective manufacturing support to the corporate mold cure retread plants: Wittlich, Riom and Tilburg.
• Drive retread process standardization, develop and implement new technologies, conduct gap analysis and provide input to capex planning process.
• Maintain close contacts with equipment and casing suppliers and provide support to the Retread Operations team.
• Represent the Region in the companies Global Retread Process Council.
• Track the tire uniformity performance of the commercial tires produced in the different plants and support process improvement activities.
• Support motorcycle off take projects, by tracking product performance monitoring data, audit coordination and follow-up on the product improvement programs.

To join our team you will need:

Education:

• Bachelor or Master degree of Engineering or a technical field is required

Languages:

• The candidate must be fluent in English, both speaking and writing, German & French desirable.

Experience:

• Knowledge in technical aspects of tire manufacturing process is a requirement.
• Experience in retread process is desirable.

• Willing to travel
