About the department
Device Manufacturing Development (DMD) is dedicated to be the best manufacturing development partner in the field of medical devices. Our dedication, as a QA organisation, is to get superior quality built into our processes to ensure excellent quality of our finished devices. In DMD Assembly & Packaging QA we are responsible for supporting all production sites around the world with expert knowledge whenever the need arises as well as continuously work on improving our processes.
The job
You will in your daily work manage quality improvement projects within the area of quality assurance of medical devices. These projects are typically regarding optimization, alignment and creation of procedures. As part of your development and understanding of our area you will be expected to also participate in QA related activities. This could be, approval of non-conformities, Change related cases or similar.
Acting as a role model for other project managers in the Device Manufacturing Development area you focus on your deliverables and stakeholders as being key to your success as a project manager. You will be communicating with many different stakeholders across the entire Novo Nordisk organisation, from Vice Presidents to technicians working within our production processes worldwide. 2-3 weeks of travel a year can be expected.
Qualifications
You hold an academic degree and are experienced as a project manager within a regulated area like the pharmaceutical industry. It would be an advantage if you have experience from the pharmaceutical industry, maybe even especially with assembly and packaging of medical devices. You enjoy working in a culture of lean thinking and have a high quality mindset. You have an open and involving personal style and are passionate about making a difference. You can show the way, set the scene and communicate effectively. You have an excellent command of English both written and spoken.
