In the role of our new Project Manager you will need to project both our Cloud projects and a new innovative project within content management. You will be responsible for managing new and existing projects from query to commissioning on our platform team, Bizzkit. You will have a key role in ensuring that we reach our milestones and follow our roadmap so that we deliver agreed scopes within the deadline. Your primary tasks:

Plan and manage projects to reach our milestones and follow our roadmap.

Ensure that we keep our processes and an optimal flow in tasks from query to commissioning, and that we deliver the agreed scope for the sprint.

Keep an overview of tasks and statuses in our task management system, Jira.

Manage the project and notify any deviation well in advance

Reporting progress to steering group and other stakeholders.
Who are you?
We expect you to have a relevant academic education, bachelor level at the minimum, and a few years of experience from a similar position where you have worked with agile work processes in a development environment. We imagine that you have a good technical insight and understanding of digital processes.
You are used to working in an agile environment where you have had to prioritize your time and maintain an overview. You are proactive and thrive in an ambitious environment where things are moving fast and where multitasking is a necessity. Therefore, you also know the importance of having control of processes and structure to reach deadlines.
You are conscientious and quality conscious. Furthermore, you take pride in reaching deadlines and delivering high quality products. Your professional foundation means you are not afraid to make demands on your team and say ‘no’ when necessary. You are a teamplayer with a great drive and you know the best results are created in teamwork.
Last but not least, you have strong communication skills. We expect you to be effortless in English, both in writing and orally, as it will have a big importance in your everyday life on an international team.
