IT Service Manager, IT Operations HQ, Bagsværd
You will be a part of our global IT Operations group to do large scale IT Service and Vendor management of services delivered to 6000+ users across the globe.
Together with your colleagues you will be responsible for ensuring that our outsourcing partners deliver services to agreed budget, performance, quality, and end user experience according to contracts and/or service level agreements.
Furthermore, you will be gatekeeper for continuous high quality and uptime while making service changes, and we take active ownership of Incident and Problem Management coordination.
You will ensure effective and efficient daily operations of our Workplace Productivity services, and drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives within our operational service delivery – reducing unit cost, securing scalability and improving end user experience.
In this position you need to have:
A Master Degree in Information Systems (or related field), and 2-5 years work experience from IT Operations and Service Delivery
High-level knowledge of PC Workplace Service area, including PC Client Services, Network, Telephony, Server and Security
Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 and Quality Management frameworks
Project and Contract Management experience and knowledge of managing outsourcing partners as well as working with onsite/offshore teams.
Financial understanding and the ability to contribute to budget process is preferred as well as strong coordination and networking skills
Proficiency in English both in writing and verbally
