As IT Manager in Service Delivery, you will get an opportunity to be part of an international environment and play a crucial role on a global scale when it comes to rolling out and accelerating the ECCO IT strategy. Moreover, you also join the senior management team at Group IT, where you will act as a trusted sparring partner to your colleagues and the CIO. Job Profile: You have the global responsibility for the Service Delivery area within Group IT of the ECCO Group. Here, you lead and motivate 4 managers who lead 40 colleagues spread out on multiple locations in a mixture of outsourced, shared and direct services. Together, you cover the areas of 24/7 service desk, application support, transition, site management, IT coordinator community and User community. As the spearhead of the team, you are the one to develop, communicate and execute the overall IT strategy, and ensure that Group IT executes according to our overall business strategy. Moreover, you: •Ensure ECCO sites are managed in accordance with rules and regulations of Group IT, and in line with local requirements. •Ensure that the team is efficient, while focusing on clear targets. •Ensure transition of new and modified applications with the least possible. • interference to users, while also reviewing, adjusting and implementing changes to improve IT processes. Qualifications and Work Experience: Working with a global setup, we have a constant focus on improvement. As such, you need to ensure that we align our processes globally and that we are multi-skilled and able to carry out support on a wide array of issues. To do so, we imagine that you: •Have worked in an IT function in a large, global organisation, enabling you to understand the complexity of many different cultures and the different challenges they might face. •Have experience from the Service Delivery area and strong skills within process handling. •Have 5+ years of management experience, giving you the backbone to present your arguments with conviction. •Are an excellent communicator who speaks English fluently. •Have a strong service gene, as you will be talking to customers and colleagues on a daily basis. You possess great stakeholder management skills, as you will travel up to 30 days per year to visit the different locations and talk to the different functions.
