About the department
The job is in CMC Process & Training Support, a department in CMC Supply responsible for LEAN, Training support, statistical support as well as process governance across CMC Supply. In terms of LEAN the department is responsible for building competences through our cLEAN® Academy, setting the cLEAN® focus areas and driving strategic improvement projects across CMC Supply. These projects among others currently include implementation of Process Management. Other main responsibilities are statistical support to our development projects and building statistical competences as well as Training structure and support to line management in CMC Supply. The newest responsibility in the department is Process governance and management in CMC Supply to deploy the Global Process management strategy
The job
As Head of Process Management you will be the main responsible and driver of Process governance in CMC Supply. You will be deploying the global process management strategy and direction ensuring alignment, implementation and communication of the activities. You will drive the process review process and ensure anchoring of the learnings. Furthermore you will handle the changes to the process landscape on behalf of CMC Supply together with other relevant process managers from other areas in Novo Nordisk A/S. You will also ensure training for process roles and line managers in handling of processes in CMC Supply.
Due to the cross-organisational responsibility, interaction with key stakeholders, including senior management in CMC Supply and other Senior Vice President areas in R&D and Product Supply, communication, alignment and stakeholder engagement are important parts of the job.
You will become member of a very dedicated department with high expectations to engagement and collaboration hence the job also requires such co-responsible thinking.
Qualifications
The preferred candidate has experience with process governance and process management in large and complex organisations. The candidate has a systematic mind set and strong business improvement competencies potentially working with quality management, LEAN or process optimisation. Proven track record in project management and implementing cross-functional initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry are preferred. You are fluent in both oral and written English and your interpersonal skills are excellent.
