Dromoland Castle Hotel - Food & Beverage Server Overview of the role. · Full Time permanent position, working a variety of shifts 5 days over 7 inclusive of some weekends, however, due to nature of our business, flexibility is required. · Pre service duties and after service duties. · Ensuring the guest needs is looked after in a timely and efficient manner. · Special Requirements. · Have an excellent level of Restaurant experience, preferably at 4 or 5 star level. · Need to enjoy the slightly more formal service of a Castle. · Have a friendly, chatty and outgoing personality. · Must be well organised and be able to manage busy service periods.
