Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and regularly follow various sources of information on the global energy storage supply market
  • Maintain an up-to-date picture on the state (e.g. size and profitability by geography, key actors on the market, etc.) and emerging trends of the supply market including making market forecasts and analysis
  • Structure and drive individual development projects related to building a better understanding of the supply market and the way to continuously track the market developments
  • Help identify business-relevant insights on the market and sourcing opportunities
  • Drive process improvements by producing and reviewing scorecards to identify improvements in quality, cost and supply
  • Drive simplification programs to optimize overhead costs, reduce unnecessary efforts and optimize organizational performance
  • Identify improvements to the development process and works in conjunction with Strategic Sourcing, S&OP and Supplier Development & Quality team to implement
  • Lead executive presentation preparation and content coordination
  • Maintain and develop performance measurement. Suggest, monitor and report relevant KPI’s
  • Drive internal process mapping and improvement
  • Participate and lead development projects with internal stakeholders
  • Facilitate strategy process

     

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent with +7 years of experience in Supply Chain/ Business Operations or similar experience
  • Strategic mindset for organizational, team and business development
  • Experience of market intelligence, market research and/or company due-diligences (specifically looking for experience across research methods, gathering information, basic data-modelling etc..)
  • Exceptional resourcefulness to find, collect and compile data from multiple sources of information
  • Cost management experience
  • Strong in advanced decision making, synthesizing data and information, critical thinking and analytics
  • Proactively seeking new ideas and evaluating alternative solutions that will improve performance and processes
  • Excellent internal stakeholder management/ customer relationship management
  • Talent to create strategies that balance short-term and long-term goals
  • Use of innovative solutions and approaches for resolving issues
  • Suggests improvements and seeks opportunities for innovation
  • Collaborative work style with strong networking skills
  • Detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong initiative and the ability to be self-directed in completing tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in addition to strong teamwork, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Command of some relevant development tools or methods
  • Ability to set clear goals and targets for the project team.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English language
