Chambermaid
Main tasks:
- Cleaning and arranging guest bedrooms and associated areas.
- Cleaning other hotel areas, equipment and surroundings.
- Reporting any visible deficiencies.
- Maintaining minibars.
- Keeping records.
- Other appropriate tasks as assigned.
Educational level:
- Short upper secondary vocational education.
Language skills:
- English A2
- Basic Slovenian or Croatian desired.
Competency:
- Systematic, reliable, detail oriented.
- Preserves impeccable personal hygiene standards and has a tidy appearance.
- Courteous.
- Physical fitness.
Responsible for:
- Completing tasks professionally, safely and on time.
- Customer satisfaction.
- Prompt reaction in case of discrepancy with standards.
- Keeping accurate and up to date records.
- Economical use of resources.
