About the organisation
Synergie International Recruitment travels round the globe in search for suitable candidates to fill vacancies in shortage occupations.
Drawing on the experience of our Synergie colleagues abroad, we are also able to offer solutions for temporary vacancies in Belgium.
LOCAL RECRUITMENT
Synergie recruits non-European and new-European specialists locally, and our Belgian consultants also screen applications thoroughly with a view to finding suitable candidates for specific customers.
We have experience in screening profiles from the construction and logistics sectors.
LEGAL MONITORING
Within this division, we work closely together with Synergie colleagues based in other countries to ensure that the candidates can be effectively monitored. We also handle practical issues, such asaccommodation, follow-up of work permits and the organisation of language courses, in order to ensure that our international staff members can fully integrate, and that the employment process proceeds in accordance with ethnic guidelines.
