About the organisation
Our agency has been active for more than 60 years in the field of staffing mediation. Having started as a small family business, during this period we have grown along with our clients and the industrial developments in the canal area between Ghent and Rotterdam. Our specialization is the supply of personnel to the (process) industry. Due to many years of experience and involvement with our clients, we have developed our organization to a professional party in the area of personnel services. We are capable to supply our clients with both technical and administrative personnel, at all sorts of education levels. We truly see our temporary workers as our own employees and we aim to be more to them than just a temporary employer. We realize that we need to offer you, as an employee, perspective. Temporary workers as well want to further develop and we make this possible. We provide the opportunity for training to be a process operator or a service technician, among others. De Pooter is located in Axel, Middelburg and Roosendaal.
