We are facing an increasing demand for global, standardised and integrated IT solutions. We need your project management expertise to carry out the implementation of our large-scale MES system and guarantee a safe optimisation of our production facilities with usage of IT.
About the department
Anchored in Novo Nordisk Product Supply IT in Bagsværd, you will be part of an environment of in-depth knowledge of the processes, data and business drivers. We are 16 experienced employees with a world-class spirit, a change readiness and an open, trust-based and creative working environment with high quality mindset.
The position
Focusing on delivering IT projects that meet the agreed quality, schedule and cost, you will be responsible for rolling out our global MES system (PAS-X) to production facilities globally. You will use our framework for standardised roll-out, implementation and anchoring of PAS-X. This means, that you will make sure the processes are aligned globally and live up to the requirements of providing a high user satisfaction. Being responsible for the project finances, you follow through on budget and spend.
You will be a non-stop leader of the entire project - from tentative beginnings until the project is ready for handover to Operations. This means that you will spearhead the phases of analyses, design, configuration, documentation, validation of processes, and training - before go-live.
While maintaining a focus on close stakeholder management, you strive to deliver on the agreed quality, schedule and cost and with a high user satisfaction. Working with us requires some weeks’ travel activity to our production sites in e.g. Brazil, China, USA and France.
Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree in Economics or Business Administration, an MBA or comparable theoretical ballast. Either way, you have been certified in PRINCE2, PMP or similar project management methodology. You possess a natural interest for the pharmaceutical area and understand the metrics driving it and the business processes behind it all.
You have exerted your project management skills for at least 7 years and have a solid background from a GxP regulated environment. Here, you have successfully lead projects of some complexity and acquired in-depth knowhow heading cross-functional projects. You are a brilliant people manager and know what motivates your project team members, and you are able to guide them to pull in the same direction. Possessing these qualities, you master the discipline of developing strong relations to different stakeholders across cultural borders.
