As our new purchaser for Assembly Label and Pack activities, you will be responsible for managing sourcing and new product launch activities for direct material within specific Raw Material Sub Categories. You will also have the possibility to be involved in some of the operational work on a backup level.
Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Sourcing Analyst for assigned Raw Material Sub Categories.
• Supplier Relationship Management responsibility for assigned suppliers.
• Engagement with internal Stakeholders (Quality, Global Packaging Development, Engineering, Manufacturing Science, International Label Development) for new product launch activities, new item early engagement and improvement, optimization opportunities. Purchasing responsibility related to New Item Request process
• Consolidate and manage resolution for issues escalated from sites or internal stakeholders (Quality, Planning, Assembly Label and Pack)
• Manage purchasing related parameters for Product Specifications within assigned category including supplier approval and distribution.
You will report to the Senior Manager of Procurement, and you will be part of a dedicated and skilled Procurement team in Hillerød in close cooperation with the US Procurement team.
Your profile:
The ideal candidate has minimum 3+ years of Supply Chain or Sourcing/ Category Management experience. Experience within the Biotech/Pharma environment will be an advantage – but not a requirement. The ideal candidate will preferably have Supply Chain/Sourcing skills and working knowledge within packaging material. .
You have strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to create effective strategies. Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle is necessary as is proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as reporting and analysis tools.

You have a positive and pragmatic attitude with focus on delivery on time. You are able to have a lot of things ongoing at the same time.
You are a good coordinator, value teamwork at all levels, and perform your work with an open-mind and a sense of humor.
Good communication skills in English, verbally and written are required.
