Key Responsibilities
As HR Process Lead in the HR Planning and Process Team you will shape and develop a central role with positive influence in the business by working closely with managers on their HR needs, and full delivery of HR campaigns and improvement projects. This brings opportunity to continuously learn and develop your own competencies in ensuring collaboration and alignment with multiple stakeholders from business leaders, HQ, NSR counterparts, HR colleagues etc,
Overall, you have the responsibility for HR strategy of your dedicated area and the stakeholder management to uphold such. You are the one to drive entity specific HR Projects in close collaboration with rest of the HR function plus you will support Talent Developer’s in the “Better Together” initiatives and projects across TEPDK
These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
- Responsible to work with managers and capture Business needs from HR in a controlled format
- Responsible for preparing, facilitating, roll-out and follow-up of the yearly HQ HR campaigns and processes for towards the TEPDK business in coordination with the TD team.
- Responsible for driving and ensure implementation of HR projects across departments and more high-level plan as etc. Long Term Plan, GDPR, manpower planning, succession planning and updating HR process and procedures.
- Ensure HR procedures and processes are managed as per CMS governance system.
- Responsible for business area to develop strategic planning in terms of manning/demanning needs, HR priorities, process and timelines are kept.
- Utilize data to support the TD community as well as HR project initiatives
- Support TD’s and promote the Better Together journey to roll out across TEPDK with clear objectives and timelines
- Support HR Change Management in cooperation with the Change Management Office in TEPDK
- Be responsive to identify business needs for localized HR campaigns; design and rollout such campaigns.
- Support managers in individual case management by driving investigations, conclusions, and action planning.

You should be comfortable in facilitating information sessions to business audiences/managers and therefore being able to see the big picture, while having an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple work streams, is essential. You should be a person who asks questions, identifies risks, proactively sources solutions and enjoys sparring with mangers, and building relations with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Training and support will be provided, so please do not consider you need to be the full package to start.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
We are able to offer an 1-year fixed term contract.
