You will join Danfoss Global Services – Procurement Order Management (GS-POM) - the global process owner of operational procurement processes of indirect materials and services in Danfoss. You will play a key role in leading and implementing the P2P on a global scale ensuring roll-out according to model and plan. One of your key responsibilities is to ensure continuous improvement of our core P2P processes consolidating performance and delivery according to service level agreements made with the different business divisions. Travelling is to be expected in this position but you will be based in our office in Nordborg. Spearhead the P2P process through change management and implementation You will report to the Manager of GS-POM and your primary objective is to successfully secure the implementation of the P2P process of indirect materials and services and lead the change process. Your key tasks will be to: •Implement the first step of a Procure to Pay process of indirect materials and services according to milestone plan and project plan •Keep the overall roll out plan •Secure that the milestone plan is followed and updated •Drive and participate internal projects in POM to secure continuous improvement of the P2P process •Secure performance and delivery according to the service level agreement that is made with the business segments •Follow up on KPIs and surveys during implementation •Ensure ongoing dialogue and cooperation with Danfoss Procurement who is responsible for negotiations and contract signing. As a change agent for our P2P process you will be provided with great opportunities to improve and develop your skills in a dynamic, global organisation using your experience within procurement, supply chain and change management. As the job has a global scope, some travel activity is to be expected (30-50 days yearly). Natural born project manager with solid team working skills As a minimum you have an relevant education at bachelor’s level (for example in Purchasing, Supply Chain or Project Management). You hold a track record displaying solid working experience within project management, procurement/supply chain and preferably also change management. Furthermore, it will be considered as an advantage if you have user experience with SAP MM. As you will be working closely with our team of project managers in POM and a large number of additional internal stakeholders it is essential that you have great cooperative skills and a constructive approach to team work. Furthermore, you have excellent presentation and communication skills in written and spoken English and you have natural ability to act in an intercultural work environment.
