Requirements

- Minimum studies: Telecommunications Engineering or Civil Works

- Minimal experience: At least 5 years

- Minimum requirements: German language C1. English language B2

- Ability to resolve conflicts

- Demonstrable experience as project manager and FTTH, FTTS and tower deployment projects.

- Capacity for teamwork

- Communication skills

- Productive and focused on obtaining results

- Analytical ability and logical thinking.

- RSA training

- Title that can be recognized in Germany.



Description

It is required to incorporate a Construction Site Manager, Telecommunications Engineer, for the Project Management of FTTH deployment and towers in Germany.



Functions:

As assigned FTTH project or towers:

- Manage and control the delivery of the project.

- Guarantee the quality of the network facilities.

- Responsible for the financial control and planning of the project. (Cost control).

- Monitoring and control of subcontractors during the project.

- Coordination of the team of operators for the project.

- Plan, organize and manage the means, supplies, materials, equipment,

own and subcontracted personnel for the execution of the work

- Execute the work on time. Plan and set management times and phases of the

construction and monitor progress, to determine that they have been carried out

according to the established schedule.

- Carrying out the necessary telecommunications projects for compliance

of the regulations in force at the state, regional and local levels.

- Analysis of results, deviations and incidents. Optimize resources for

achievement of goals

- Regular meetings with outside plant personnel and those responsible for the

collaborating companies.

- Preparation of budgets.

- Presentation of reports, as well as the management and verification of invoices.

- Preparation and management of documentation for final delivery to the person in charge of the

draft

- Distribution of the work among the different collaborators of the work.

-Implement and guarantee the means for occupational safety and hygiene in the

work and that all team members are aware of the relevant legislation and

procedures
