Baker/Commi chef/Experienced Cook

We are a 12 bed 3* Hotel with bar and restaurant set in the picturesque village of Roundstone, Connemara on the Wild Atlantic Way Our restaurant serves a variety of dishes with a particular emphasis on fresh, local seafood dishes We are searching for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our kitchen team to work for the busy summer season.

We require:

• Commi chef.
• Baker/breakfast chef.
• Chef de partie/sous chef.

We need kitchen staff at each level to work and assist our head chef. The successful applicants will be heavily involved in the whole cooking process including creating their own dishes.
